Marriage

Sacred Marriage is being facilitated by Pastor Jonath & Lady Evelyn Harris of Love, Faith & Deliverance Ministries of Bourbonnais.   The class is designed to challenge married believers to look at marriage with the eyes of God with respect to its original design and plan.  So many of us are misinformed and have been deceived into believing that marriage is about love, being happy, joy and all the blissfulness that goes along with falling in love. Well, all this is true, but the reality is, at some point, commitment to marriage has to go far beyond the blissfulness of falling in love.  Marriage will (and should) evolve into ministry to the point of being willing to offer full measures of sacrifice – just like what Christ did for us.  The author of this study series, Gary Thomas, themes this study by asking the question, “What if God designed marriage to make us Holy more than to make us happy?”   Class and registration details are noted below:

                                    The Viatorian Room is located on the main floor of the Ludwig Center, inside Common Grounds Coffee shop.
